loop thermosiphon LTS( Loop Thermosyphon) consists of three parts: evaporator, vapor/liquid transmission section and condenser. The evaporator is flat plate type to facilitate contact with the chip surface. The cross section of the vapor/liquid transmission pipeline can be circular or other forms. The condenser is flat plate type, especially round tube type, with a certain number of expanded surfaces to increase the heat exchange area. When the evaporator absorbs heat from the surface of the chip in contact, the internal liquid working medium will phase into saturated steam under a certain vacuum degree, and the saturated steam will be pushed to the LT5 under a small pressure difference. In the condenser, the saturated steam in the condenser will phase into saturated liquid due to cold. These two phase change processes occur under the condition of close isothermal temperature, so the entire radiator has high isothermal properties. It is a new passive phase change radiator that has long been plagued by phase change radiators that cannot solve the problem of lightweight, efficient and better adapt to harsh outdoor working conditions.
