Loop Heat Pipe(LHP) is composed of an evaporator, a compensator, and a condenser, and is connected into a loop through a vapor-liquid transmission pipeline. The capillary force provided by the capillary core is used to drive the liquid working medium to absorb heat from the heat source to The heat sink performs cyclic phase change heat transfer for heat dissipation. When working, the waste heat of the chip is transferred to the liquid working medium through the evaporator, so that the liquid working medium becomes steam. When the steam flows through the condenser, it is condensed into liquid. At the same time, the micron-level porous capillary structure inside the evaporator can use its capillary force to bring the condensed liquid back to the evaporator, so that the fluid circulation of the system can be completed and the heat transfer can be achieved. The loop heat pipe has the structural characteristics of gas-liquid pipeline separation, evaporator and compensator integration, which determines its low vapor-liquid flow resistance, fast and flexible start-up, multi-directional work, and long-distance heat transfer characteristics. Therefore, LHP is the most efficient heat dissipation control technology in applications on earth or space, and has become the preferred heat transfer element for high-end thermal control systems.
